When radar guns first came

When radar guns first came out I thought about a device that would send out a very high-powered radar sensitive signal shouting ‘I AM DOING 30mph” as a way to defeate/confuse the guns if you were speeding. I came across a US product, Phantom II that goes beyond this and works both with radar and laser guns. I not sure if will work in the UK, but what a great idea.
