Reuters: House prices Down and Up

Whoops. On Reuters morning mail out today, they had two seemingly conflicting headlines.

Look at the 3rd and 4th headlines.

House prices fall at slowest pace in 14 months - RICS
House prices rise for first time since June

While both of these _could_ be true, it does baffle at first glance.

Just the sort of thing to put Daily Mail readers into seizure
