Well, here is the deal, I signed off Xbox last night after i made my account password, and this morning when i tried to sign into Xbox live, i needed the pass code and don’t remember it, i tried the xbox live hotline they just said” Nah, we can’t help you with that you were supposed to remember it ” Kinda thing, this last 4 digits of the credit card to recover it sound great! but i dont understand how to get to the one where it offers a reset, like on my dashboard and on my little menu when i hit the (X) it just says
‘Incorrect password’ Anyone willing to direct me?

I have my original Xbox and my subscription has ended on my XBL account. When I go to access my account it says that I have to read important mail before I can sign in. I press OK, and then it says there are no messages for you to read. Then it returns me to the main menu. What’s up with that?

some one please help i want to go play phantasy star online in first xbox but i forgot the password i put for it its my gamertag password but my membership for xbox live ran out i try to guess but i cant i know i could still play the game w/o membership can some one help me change the password i really need help!!!! someone answer asap please really need it

i got hacked from my email (hotmail) and now i cant change my xbox live ID (my hotmail). No’1s hacked my xbl but only my hotmail, how do i change my xbl ID with out a password to change ?

Guy’s… Anyone who is wishing to reset their Xbox Live passcode should simply delete their profile and recover it again. Check the Microsoft Knowledge Base article below for detailed instructions.

PS: Anyone trying hijack someone’s account, doing this won’t work don’t bother trying.
