The head of OPEC has just been on the BBC World Service news, “Believe me, and I want to go on record with this, there is no reason why the price of oil is going up. There is no problem with supply and there is no problem with stock.”
The report went on to say that bankers were now betting on the price of oil, rather than shares.
Prediction: When this news gets out to he majority of the population, Islington is going to become a far less comfortable place. City bankers who are living in multi-million pound houses will become targets.

Today on BBC Radio 4 asked the question that we’re all be asking - Why is oil so expensive at the moment?
Finally we got the true answer from Paul Stephen from Chatham House. His view - “The money managers have been pushing the prices up” - through speculation in paper barrels (def: A cargo of oil traded for short-term hedging or speculative purposes, but not usually physically delivered).
Not only did these globe-wide investment banker fuckers cause a downturn in the economy around the world by screwing up with the US sub-prime mortgages (driven by the greed), but they’ve managed to get the UK government to give us tax payers money to sure-up with businesses to cover the balls up …. BUT now they’re pissing on us by forcing up the price of oil, for their financial gain, at the detriment to the public. Scum.
When are they going to get pulled into line?

I went along to the unveiling of the LG Secret a couple of week ago — it was the much anticipated global launch — and was interviewed for Korean TV, the Korean Broadcasting System, to be precise.
Among other questions about my thoughts on the mobile industry and the chances of success of the Secret, they were very keen for comments on what I thought of LG vs Samsung - surprising as I thought they’d have wanted to provide unity between the two, not increase rivalry.

If you watch skateboard videos, it all looks like you could just get up and do it with a little practice (at your braver times … and from the safety of your chair).
Watching this video will give you quite a different view.
