LAPD amour CCTV

Los Angeles Police Department are expanding video surveillance. But now they are doing in true LAPD style - with bullet proof casings and with a speaker attachment, which exclaims “Stop! This is the LAPD, we have just taken your photograph. We will use this photograph to prosecute you. Leave now”. Don’t you just love them?
