Stumbled on this one today - with a vague recollection that I’d seen/heard it before.

If you’re offended by strong language, don’t play it. The angry customer is pretty direct.

Stay listening to the end, it’s pretty funny how the call centre bod deals with it afterwards. Clearly not an enjoyable experience for him.
