George Atherton Wins Mexico City's Downhill Metro CompetitionHurrah to the Brit, George Atherton, who won the frankly very dangerous looking downhill competition held in Mexico City’s metro.

Watching the footage, you’ll see the riders attacking very steep staircases, without a pause.

They described it as a ’slalom,’ and it covered 70 metres of staircases.
