Diddly random Google image display app
8th August 2003 by Simon
What a sooper idea. Google image search - already a good idea. How can you make it more interesting? Slice it and dice it in different ways.
Diddly has written what I imagine to be a simple piece of code, that fuses the known prefixes that cameras use in their image naming, to a random number, producing a random selection of images with the same name.
Occassionally this produces a single image but more often a wild and varied selection on images are displayed. A real cross section of life is laid before you as demonstrated by the images called “DSCN2044.jpg”. To see just how rich that cross section is click on the image that grab your interest to see the rest of their collections.
