Just called British Gas just now to tell them they’d estimates our gas usage incorrectly - a slight discrepancy of them asking for £371.37, when in fact we’d used one gas unit (I know gas is silly expensive, but even they’d not charge that much for a single unit).
I (foolishly it turns out) wanted to speak to an ‘agent’ or person as they used to be called. The jolly automated voice told me that someone should be able to take my call in only 25 minutes. 25 MINUTES!!! Waiting on a phone call, paying them & BT money just to tell them their idiots who completely over-estimate their bills. No thanks.
