I'm a professional lip reader, and I've had requests from the "GP" (general public) to translate bits of stuff from television series that they're curious about. However, as it is a pretty pricey endeavor, it's usually beyond the financial scope of the average TV viewer (they suddenly realize they don't care THAT much). But it can be done, depending on video quality and a whole host of other factors. Cheers!</description>
