I'm a professional lip reader, and I've had requests from the "GP" (general public) to translate bits of stuff from television series that they're curious about. However, as it is a pretty pricey endeavor, it's usually beyond the financial scope of the average TV viewer (they suddenly realize they don't care THAT much).
