Barclays bank - online failure

We’ve held our business banking accounts with Barclays for quite a number of years. It’s for historic reasons more that anything else as the level of badness of service is consistent across all business banking.

Needing to check the receipt into an account today I was met with the above message - ‘the service is unavailable’.

How can Barclays seriously offer this kind of service to anyone … and then have the cheek to charge them for it?
