"All the other speculation is pure speculation." Alan Curbishley, BBC1 (source:Colemanballs, Private Eye)

The head of OPEC has just been on the BBC World Service news, “Believe me, and I want to go on record with this, there is no reason why the price of oil is going up. There is no problem with supply and there is no problem with stock.”

The report went on to say that bankers were now betting on the price of oil, rather than shares.

Prediction: When this news gets out to he majority of the population, Islington is going to become a far less comfortable place. City bankers who are living in multi-million pound houses will become targets.

One Response to “Bankers Are Increasing The Price of Oil”

    Hi,
I am visiting this site for the first time. Though I have visited a couple of sites which had the same topic for discussion here I found a point that the oil price is increasing without any reason. Actually what are they planning to do? If there is enough stock then what’s the need of increasing its price.
