Back from Spain

Las SalinasWe’ve just spent a week in Spain - near Marbella. There’d been jokes about the place for years in the UK - and non-too flattering they were as well.

Turns out it really pretty lovely, well the bit we were staying at was at least. We rented an apartment in Las Salinas near Esteponia, while Mareike and George got married next door at Las Dunas.

Three days of events were laid on, the rest of the time we just rested (most unlike us), swam and I obsessively sauna’d.

Tough to come home frankly, although the UK weather did its best to try and match Spain.
