404 Films and 405 The Movie
19th January 2003 by Simon
I found 404 films via packphour and they’ve got a few interesting movies that are worth a look.
This reminded me to check back on 405 The Movie. I see that in October (which year I’m not sure) iFilm had served more that 4 million showings of the short in a year and four months.
That’s an average of 1/4 million a month. No wonder - it is inspiring to see what a couple of guys can do with a few PC’s, considerable skill, experience and a lot of rendering. I met Bruce Branit and Jeremy Hunt when they presented their detailed ‘how we did it’ session at Broadcast Asia 2001. We then hit the Singapore bars and I can report they’re really decent blokes who have found a lot of doors opening for them since the release of the film.
